The success of Spark Baltimore inspired Two Light Tower to bring the Spark concept home to Kansas City. After all, what personalized concierge service model is complete without providing residents of their high-end apartment complex with a cafe and a two story co-working community? It’s what our modern economic climate demands to attract next-generation tenants. Plus, it’s true community building.

The Verve Partnership was tasked with creating a design that served as an homage to the flagship building, yet uniquely designed for the Two Light Tower resident and the Kansas City entrepreneur: a collaborative workplace for creators and innovators that blends non-traditional business with more established, legacy companies.

Frosted glass and half-height partitions define the space with in the building lobby. Communal tables, tufted couches, and long countertops create a plethora of choice when sitting down to a long day of churning out marketing copy, computer code, or return emails.
